The Eden Hospitality Course was launched this year in March, in conjunction with BIA and run by Nadia Beutler, with 11 Born in Africa students. The 8 month course will give them theoretical as well as practical training in the local hospitality industry. They will be covering everything they need to build a foundation for a career in the industry, from customer service, tourism care, housekeeping, the area’s history to restaurant equipment management, the art of being a waiter and even viticulture. We are excited seeing what they have already learnt and the enthusiasm and team spirit that is being nurtured.
