Just like we are always busy on this side of the world, so is Chantal and her team in The Netherlands! Their latest event took place on the 8th of October in Druten, The Netherlands. Toon, Alette and Chantal organized an evening full of excitement with nice food and drinks to sponsor our education centre in Kranshoek. Our classrooms are being finalized as we speak, but there are still a lot of materials and educational tools needed inside.

The auction evening has surpassed all our wildest expectations. It turned out to be an unforgettable happening on which we can look back with a feeling of tremendous pride and thankfulness! Jochem van Gelder, a Dutch tv presenter, singer and writer, did a fabulous job at hosting this evening. Guests were spoiled with a ritmic show by ‘Africa Lembo’ and the children’s choir followed by a lovely buffet. The auction of elephants painted by famous artists, was the highlight of the night and made it possible that we now receive the amazing amount of 10.000 euros to invest in finishing our education centre in Kranshoek. Once again a wonderful example that together we can make a difference in the lives of our BIA- children!
