Jonica Booysen is truly one of our miracle students. Given the minimum amount of cards life has dealt this young lady, she has truly purposefully altered the course of her life. With her excellent high school results, she achieved while attending Wittedrift high for 5 years, she became a first year Nursing student at the University of the Western Cape in 2023. Jonica grew up in Kranshoek and after obtaining the Wittedrift high study bursary because of her academic excellence, she was also enrolled at the weekly boarding school where she had every opportunity to study hard during the school term. We are truly proud of Jonica who is a true example of what is possible with persistence.
