Asanda Gigi

Asanda Gigi has been a part of the Born in Africa program since her primary school days when she was in Gr 5. She graduated from high school and after taking some time to decide which career path to follow, she chose to enter the security industry. Asanda completed a three year course at South Cape College in Oudtshoorn where she studied a diploma in Safety in Society. This will enable her to enter the Police Training College in 2017 so she can fulfil her dream to join the South African Police Service (SAPS). Asanda was 1st in her class for the last three years of her studies! Afterward she still continues studying at SCC for Human Resource Management.
