Jo-Anne Seekoei

Jo-Anne grew up with tough circumstances. She was raised by her aunt as her mother was not in a position to take care of her. She attended Harkerville Primary and graduated at Plett Secondary school in 2014. Once she had commenced her tertiary studies at the Eden Hospitality Group in The Crags it was evident that she belonged in the hotel / hospitality industry.

Jo-Anne started a three year diploma in 2015.  She finished the first year very successfully yet in 2016 there were some changes in her home situation which made her decide to stop studying and start working which enabled her to take care of her family. This young lady is going places with her talent to work with people and Born in Africa is very proud to have been her sponsors.
