Shavon Prins

Shavon Prins comes from Kurland Village in The Crags. She completed a year at the International Hotel School Cape Town in Hospitality Management. Since she was a little girl, Shavon has played "hotel" at home as it has been her passion. She was born to work with people and really enjoys the hospitality industry. Shavon admits that the difficult circumstances facing her sometimes threatened to overwhelm her, but she turned herself around by the time she reached her final year at school. She has been very dedicated to the Born in Africa programme and determined to make a success of her life.
